Nile is offering outstanding overnight camp programs and day/night trips for students from grades 7-12.
Our supervised and exciting camp programs and road trips are created to offer our students unique and enriching experiences and memories that will last a lifetime!
As part of our Nile Leadership program, our camps concentrate on participation, teamwork, communication and fun!
Overnight camping excursions promote teamwork and communication as students have time to bond and work together within a variety of environments.
Our skill-building activities create new experiences and knowledge for our students.
Educates students on different environments, wildlife and ecosystems.
Providing constant supervision by our mentor teachers
Exploring provincial parks with tent or RV camping
Staying at cottages and chalets
Visiting new places
Partaking in activities such as skiing, canoeing, swimming, among many other ones
Playing board games and other non-technological forms of recreation to promote connectivity and presence
Outdoor education wildlife and our new surroundings
Group readings and physical activities hosted daily
Our camp programs are hosted during Christmas Break, March Break and Summer Break to ensure they do not conflict with studies and can provide supervision for parents who may work during these periods of time.
Some of our camp venues include but are not limited to Muskoka, Tobermory, Blue Mountain and Southern Ontario! We base our choice of location on the time of year and activities we wish to provide.
Our trips provide unique experiences as they entail a mentor teacher taking a smaller group of students to provide greater personalization.
Our road trips take our students to a wide variety of locations, promoting culture, knowledge and experiences.
Universities, art exhibits, museums, historical sites, restaurants and other places, allow our students to expand their minds and interests through new experiences
Our use of smaller trips provides our students with the opportunity to voice their interests and preferences along the way, rather than having a “one size fits all” type of trip.
